In the finish of the swing:

Pronate and let the raquet point down

You should be able to look at your watch (if right-handed pretending to have a watch on the wrist of the right arm)

The body weight should be on the back foot

The Body Rotation in the Point of Contact

Your stomace should be pointing towards the net in the point of contact

The end of the preparation:

You should be able to see the watch on the raquet hands wrist
(If right-handed imagine a watch on the wrist of the right hand)

The free arm in the preparation:

Keep the free arm parallell to the baseline and the non-dominant hand on the heart of the raquet in the preparation

Preparation:

Keep the non-dominant hand on the heart of the raquet when you take the raquet back

The raquet should be pointing upwards, forward
