Refund
We have a no charge back policy, and refunds are possible by writing our Customer Support representatives at info@tennistips365.net and explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Be as clear and concise as possible about why you are cancelling and desire a refund.

Membership
A membership is strictly personal and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The services and information provided by the site are for private use only and not for commercial use. When becoming a member you will get a receipt with your login and password send to your e-mail.
TennisTips365 has full permission to discount and to increase membership fees at anytime.

I understand by accepting the purchase agreement that my subscription fee is set to auto renew and my credit card and or paypal account will be debited each month hereafter on the same day of the month that I subscribed unless  I cancel my subscription before the monthly auto renew date. I understand that if I purchase a yearly subscription it is also set to auto renew and that my credit card will be charged the yearly subscrition fee each year on the same day I originally subscribed unless I cancel my subscrition before the auto renew date.

Cancellation
Members are free to cancel their membership at any time.
You cancel your membership at your PayPal account.
We support re-billed membership and you will be re-billed every six month for “six months membership” unless you cancel at least one day before you current membership periods ends. After cancellation your membership continues until the end of current period and then it won’t renew.
