Your stomace should be pointing towards the net in the point of contact
The end of the preparation:
You should be able to see the watch on the raquet hands wrist (If right-handed imagine a watch on the wrist of the right hand)
The free arm in the preparation:
Keep the free arm parallell to the baseline and the non-dominant hand on the heart of the raquet in the preparation
Preparation:
Keep the non-dominant hand on the heart of the raquet when you take the raquet back
The raquet should be pointing upwards, forward
